WlzAutoCorrelate - computes the autocorrelation of the given object.

Synopsis

WlzAutoCorrelate [-h] [-o<output file>] [<input file>]

Options

-h	Help, prints usage message.
-o	Output file.

Description

Computes the autocorrelation of the given object.

Examples

WlzAutoCorrelate -o out.wlz in.wlz

Creates a new object which is written to the file out.wlz. This object is the autocorrelation of the object read from the file in.wlz.
