WlzObjectWlzCMeshCurvToImage (WlzObject *inObj, double scale, int meanCrv, WlzInterpolationType interp, WlzErrorNum *dstErr)
 Creates a new 2D domain object with double values that covers the given WLZ_CMESH_2D5 after it has been flattened by applying it's displacements. The displacements of the mesh must be valid for flattening the mesh as computed by WlzCMeshCompSurfMapConformal().
